Wigan, Leigh & NorthWest Film Archives night, March 2017

The children (with parents/grandparents) from several local primary schools in Leigh, together with teachers and staff from Wigan & Leigh Archives made a series of stop motion animation films which were their interpretation of the original film "A Day in the life of a coal miner" from the North West Film Archive.

The movie they made was premiered at The Turnpike by Leigh Film Society. You can watch the film by clicking this text.
